We are seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Travel Operations Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing the operational aspects of your travel bookings, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional service delivery.

This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home or remotely while earning competitive commissions on travel bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Travel Booking Management:   Coordinate and manage travel bookings for clients, including flights, accommodations, transportation, activities, and other travel-related services.
   

2. Client Relationship Management:   Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing personalized assistance, addressing inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the booking process.
   

3. Supplier Relations:   Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers, vendors, and partners to secure competitive rates, negotiate contracts, and access exclusive deals and promotions.
   

4. Operations Oversight:   Oversee all aspects of travel operations, including reservation management, itinerary preparation, documentation processing, and quality assurance to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
   

5. Sales and Commissions:   Drive sales growth and revenue generation through proactive promotion of travel packages, upselling opportunities, and commissionable add-on services, maximizing earnings potential.
   

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, suppliers, and team members.
  
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in managing travel bookings and operations.
  
• Must be 18+ Years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  
• Proficiency in travel booking systems, reservation platforms, and related technology tools.
  
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for travel and a drive to exceed targets and goals.
  

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, while also collaborating effectively with team members.
