Please note that you will be required to work in any of our communities within the surrounding suburbs of Greensboro, Winston-Salem or High Point, NC. We are currently hiring for the following communities:

• Bowman's Place - Mebane, NC
• Rich Fork Heights - High Point, NC
• Caleb's Creek - Kernersville, NC
• Ardmore Townhomes - Winston-Salem, NC
• Wilkes Ridge - Lexington, NC
• Covington Ridge - NEW community coming in Thomasville, NC!

Average annual sales income is $150,000-$300,000+

What you’ll do: Sell new, high-quality homes in beautiful communities throughout your territory, while working with and learning from an industry leading sales team.

Qualifications:

• Active state Real Estate License or enrolled in state Real Estate licensing course required
• 1 or more years of quota bearing commission-based sales experience required
• 1 or more years of B2B or B2C sales experience required
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required
• Ability to work weekends on a regular basis required
• Ability to work in fast paced environment within a team-centered environment required
• Formal sales training, B2B sales, broker and leadership experience preferred
• High School diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred
