Job Summary

Are you an energetic and honest individual looking for a Executive Regional Housekeeping Management position? Do you thrive in a fun and fast paced environment? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated housekeeping manager to join our Ogunquit team to oversee the Norseman, Aspinquid and Seacastles Resorts housekeeping and laundry operations. Our housekeeping team ranges from 3 to 30 team members, depending on the season.

Daily Duties

• Inspecting rooms
• Scheduling & room assignments
• Hiring, training, and couching new hires and ongoing coaching
• Ongoing communication with front office and maintenance departments
• Ensuring high quality cleanliness standards
• Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels
• Performing various housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping floors, and cleaning windows as needed

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Strong communication and leadership skills

The Norseman Resort on Ogunquit Beach is situated at the end of Beach Street, directly on the oceanfront. The remarkable location of this property offers incredible views of Ogunquit’s famous three mile stretch of sandy beach, the ever-changing tidal river, and the beautiful sand dunes in between.
In addition to the Norseman Resort we also operate the Aspinquid Resort and Seacastles Resort in Ogunquit.
