Our clients are a busy executive couple who are moving to Coconut Grove. We are hiring an Executive Housekeeper who has experience working in a large private residence. Responsibilities: Perform daily and deep cleaning tasks, this is a hands-on role Maintain the familys bedrooms Perform laundry duties including handwashing and pressing Pack and unpack the family for travel Perform daily walkthroughs Manage and work alongside the other Housekeepers Assist the team with gracious entertaining Qualifications: Prior experience working as an Executive Housekeeper in a fine home Excellent, verifiable references. Exceptional hands-on cleaning and laundry skills are required. Strong management skills; brings out the best in other staff members Self-starter who enjoys their work Positive and pleasant personality Schedule: This is a full-time, year-round position, generally five days/week with flexibility to work additional hours as needed. Compensation: Compensation of $50-$60 per hour offered, plus an annual discretionary bonus. The benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k), 15 days paid time off; 5 sick days, paid holidays.
